I am committed to promoting diversity in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). Through symposiums and forums, we aim to create an inclusive environment for all researchers and students.

1. Recent Event: Academic Forum (February 2026)

2. Symposium on the Centenary of Quantum Mechanics (November 2025)

In November 2025, I participated in the above symposium as a commentator, contributing to a discussion on STEM diversity and its impact on STEM researches.

• Key Topics: Presenting a short talk as the Chair of the Physics Education Subcommittee of the Physics Committee of Science Council of Japan, emphasizing girls can make big differences in STEM field.

3. Outreach & Future Activities

We believe that diversity drives innovation. Our group actively participates in:

• Supporting women and underrepresented minorities in physics and astronomy and STEM fields.
• Promoting workshops for the next generation of scientists.
